This global warming issue is affecting the world climate in (un)predictable ways.. I think most of you will agree that the weather has been really wonky in recent years; warmer than usual winters, hotter than usual summers, more forest fires and haze. We are even predicting water shortages in certain areas, and wide-spread flooding in others. Here I am typing this entry in my steamy hot room with hot air blowing from my (over)used fan, and I think back searching for a time in my past where it was as hot as it is now.. and its night time here. now.
The world of our childhood has gone and what have we put in its place..? Mother Nature is seriously pissed.

As the year draws toward a close, my mind returns to the events that have taken place. A few stand out among the blur: my graduation, my entrance into college, my first car accident, my first graphic design class—most significantly my struggles with the school’s laser printer—and absolutely the first time I met my first love, face to face. He is someone I met on this very art community through sheer, unpredictable chance; and I have loved him more sincerely than I ever thought was possible through online communication.

Thus, I wanted to go out and personally thank each of you for the impact you’ve made on my life this year. Each of your comments and deviations has left an impression on my heart that can never be repaid or forgotten. I hope that your holidays are full of festive cheer, good food, and great company! :xmas:
