what a beautiful pouty face. Reminds me of a cousin of mine. I really am shocked and flabbergasted at the detail on her shirt. the colors are so soft and appealing.

very nicely done, its smooth to the eyes. What does PS elements 2 capable of doing? coz i 've haven touch on it yet, would like to find out from you tho :) btw she reminds me of a sales girl i bump on at a shopping mall in korea at Seoul, so i guess she does look like a korean hee

Heh glad you like! She is actually a photo ref of a japanese girl, though I did tweak the drawing slightly to get a more orient look.
Photoshop elements is like photoshop light; it contains most of the common functions for photo-touchup and has other ready-made templates for layer effects.. best of all it came free with my canon camera :)
With PS Elements I was able to put in all the textures and filters and even tweak the colors of the painting, much like how you'd use photoshop.. hope that helped :)
